For men who want to have children, to support male fertility.
To fertilize the female egg, a sufficient number of healthy sperm is required. Unfortunately, this is not always “given by nature” and has become a real problem in the last 45 years, especially in modern industrialized nations. The reasons for so-called “bad spermiograms” (limited spermiograms, limited fertility-fertility of men) are manifold, such as negative environmental influences like fine dust, pesticides, “softeners” or toxins but also overweight and especially stress. Every man can and should positively influence the quality of the sperm himself.
What does this mean? What should a man, who wants to have children pay special attention to?
- to get enough sleep
- reduce stress factors
- Quit smoking altogether if possible, or at least cut down on it
- Reduce excess weight
- Do not consume drugs
- avoid painkillers (especially ibuprofen)
- avoid plastic bottles (attention “softeners”), drink water from glass bottles
- Alcohol consumption only in moderation! It is best to do without it all together!
- Reduce cell phone radiation (do not carry your cell phone in your pocket and do not leave it next to your bed at night).
- Pay attention to a balanced and varied diet, and deal with the topic “nutrition” in detail, so that the supply of essential amino acids, trace elements, vitamins, and micronutrients is ensured.
- exercise regularly (but not in competitive sports!)
All these measures strengthen the immune system and, above all, can increase male fertility.
It is not always possible to supply the micronutrients that are so important, especially in the case of the desire to have children, through diet alone. In this case, infusions designed for infertility can help, because they act directly in the blood, bypassing the gastrointestinal passage (as with oral nutritional supplements), especially when things have to happen quickly.
How does the fertility infusion work? It has a positive effect by:
- Improving sperm motility (good forward motility).
- Improvement of sperm density (number of sperm in the ejaculate)
- Improvement of sperm shape (normal, healthy appearance of sperm)
- Improvement of the volume of the ejaculate
Infertility infusion includes following vitamins, micronutrients, and amino acids: zinc, selenium, vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B12, L-carnitine, and taurine.
How often should the infusion be performed?
1x a week and repeated at least 6-8 times.
Private health insurance often covers complete costs or a part of it, depending on your tariff. Please contact us.
