In women:

In women, we treat complaints in urogynecology about urinary incontinence and descent problems (rectum, uterus, vagina, urinary bladder). Here we practice an almost painless treatment method available in the form of MonaLisa-Touch® laser therapy: Vaginal radiation, stress incontinence, urge incontinence, vaginal dryness, and recurrent infections, as well as a post-menopause syndrome (GSM: Genito-Urinary Syndrome of Menopause), can be treated very well this way. Symptoms caused by a lack of estrogen can be improved and remedied by the regenerating effect of the laser on the tissue. Urge incontinence we can also treat using Botox injections.

In men:

In men, urology treats clinical pictures of the kidney, bladder, ureter, prostate, testicles, and penis. Problems with bladder emptying, as well as incontinence, are common ailments. In addition, impotence and erectile dysfunction often occur in men during their lives and should be medically clarified. We also take care of the problem of the aging male (“Aging Male”). Another field is andrology with reproductive medicine and clarification of male fertility. Advanced cancer screening (cf. prostate cancer) and treatment are also part of our services. Furthermore, we perform outpatient and inpatient urological surgery (including sterilization, and vasectomy). We also offer treatment for excessive sweating (“Botox treatment”) and chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
